Who collects your information

Enquiries submitted through this website are collected by Igor Perett, Mortgage Agent Level 1 (Licence #M26000762), acting on behalf of Affinity Mortgage Solutions Inc., Dominion Lending Centres, Brokerage #13093.

What is collected, and why

The consultation form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a general description of your situation and an optional message. This information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation with you.

Please do not include identification numbers, banking details or financial documents in the enquiry form. Igor will explain how documents are exchanged securely if you decide to proceed after the initial conversation.

The website forms also have an optional, unticked box. Only if you tick it, your email address is also used to send you occasional mortgage information, market updates and renewal reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time from any of those emails or by contacting Igor.

The website's AI assistant

The chat assistant on this website is an AI, not Igor. Before a chat starts, it asks for your name and an email address or phone number. If you share them, those details and your conversation with the assistant are saved as an enquiry in Igor's client-management system so he can follow up about your question. Sharing them is optional: you can still use the assistant without them, but Igor won't be able to send you anything.

To generate replies, the messages you type are sent to an AI service provider. Your email address and phone number are not sent to it. A copy of the conversation and your details is also kept in your own browser so you can continue the chat later.

Please do not share identification numbers, banking details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how people use this website, such as which pages they visit and which buttons they click. It uses cookies. It never receives your name, email, phone number, or anything you type into a form or the chat. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

What is not done with it

Submitting the form does not start a mortgage application, and nothing is shared with any lender. Information is only provided to a lender later, with your explicit approval, as part of an application you have asked to make.

Your information is not sold, and it is not used for marketing unless you have opted in using the optional box described above.

Who may see it

Your enquiry may be accessible to the brokerage identified above and to the service providers that operate this website's hosting, client-management (CRM) system, email and AI assistant, solely so your enquiry can be received and answered.
